We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Lead Engineer to lead and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities within Oil & Gas EPC fabrication yard projects. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality execution of MEP works in line with international standards and project requirements.

YOUR ROLE

As a Lad MEP Engineer you will:

• Lead and supervise all MEP activities, including mechanical services, electrical systems, and plumbing works within the fabrication yard
• Ensure execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules
• Plan and coordinate manpower, tools, materials, and subcontractors across MEP disciplines
• Enforce strict compliance with HSE policies, quality standards, and company procedures
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Piping, Structural, and E&I teams to manage interfaces and resolve technical issues
• Monitor progress, productivity, and quality, implementing corrective actions as required
• Oversee inspection and testing of MEP systems and ensure readiness for client and third-party inspections
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MEP progress reports, maintaining accurate documentation

Experience

• Minimum 18 years of experience in MEP works
• Strong background in Oil & Gas EPC fabrication projects

Education / Training / Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and integrated industrial services
• Proven experience coordinating multiple disciplines in fabrication yard environments
• Familiarity with international codes and standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet challenging project schedules
