Besix Construct L.L.C. in Dubai is seeking a Supervisor for Mechanical & Electrical maintenance at pumping stations. You will lead mechanical and electrical maintenance teams, plan resources, and ensure safe, efficient operation of all assets.

The role requires coordinating with Engineers, overseeing rotating equipment, and ensuring adherence to HSE procedures. UAE-driving license preferred and experience with water infrastructure is a plus.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in pumping stations, water infrastructure, utilities, or industrial facilities.
• Good ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong knowledge of HSE requirements and safe work practices.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise daily mechanical maintenance activities across assigned pumping stations.
• Coordinate and guide maintenance teams of Mechanics and Helpers for safe, efficient work.
• Plan spare parts, tools, consumables and resources with the Engineer.
• Conduct task risk assessments and implement mitigation measures before work.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment failures and support maintenance interventions.
• Prepare and submit daily maintenance and progress reports.
• Lead maintenance on pumps, valves, relief valves, surge vessels, OCUs and associated equipment.
