Job summary

CPG Corporation seeks a senior mechanical engineering leader to guide and supervise large infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. You will head design teams, ensure safety and quality, and drive on-time delivery of complex pumping stations within regulatory standards.

The role requires a 15+ year track record in mechanical design and team leadership, with UAE experience and professional certification (PE/CEng) preferred.

Qualifications

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
• A master’s degree in a related engineering discipline is preferred.
• At least 15 years’ experience in mechanical engineering design and supervision or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ proven experience leading engineering teams in the UAE and managing large-scale infrastructure projects similar to DSST.
• Professional certification as a Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), or equivalent is required.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, international and local industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in spoken and written English.
