Qualifications

• Requires a degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in supervision on similar projects.
• Extensive experience in design, construction and supervision of pumping stations and force main infrastructure.
• Proficiency in surge analysis and related site tasks; familiarity with Dubai locations for rapid emergency response.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; ability to coordinate with Dubai Municipality projects.
• Valid UAE driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical works for pumping stations and associated infrastructure.
• Coordinate with Dubai Municipality and other stakeholders on project delivery.
• Engage with the public and respond to site emergencies as needed.
• Utilize drafting software and tools such as WANDA and Water Hammers for analysis.
