Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a Marine Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at Jebel Dhanna, Fujairah Terminal Offshore & Al Nouf marine concession areas, ensuring safe navigation, pilotage, tanker berthing, and cargo handling in line with international standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in marine/mechanical engineering or equivalent, with experience in offshore marine operations, safety management, and vessel coordination within UAE waters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marine or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience supervising marine operations and berthing in offshore terminals.
• Familiarity with international maritime safety standards (ISPS, ISGOTT) and vessel coordination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractor activities at Jebel Dhanna and Al Nouf areas to ensure safe operations.
• Coordinate mooring, berthing, cargo transfer, and tanker movements according to safety procedures.
• Review ETAs, berthing allocation, and maintain marine infrastructure and navigational aids.
• Ensure ISPS compliance and maintain HSE standards across operations.
