Job summary

ACC Group is seeking a Cost Control Engineer to monitor, forecast, and control mechanical discipline costs on LNG/EPC mega-projects in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure alignment with budgets, scope, and ADNOC reporting standards, working closely with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Contracts teams.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in cost control for oil & gas megaprojects, ADNOC exposure, and a relevant certification (PMP/CCP) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• PMP, CCP (AACE) or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 10–15 years of cost control experience in Oil & Gas / LNG / EPC megaprojects.

Responsibilities

• Cost management & reporting: develop and maintain cost control systems aligned with WBS and budgets.
• Forecasting, budgeting: validate requisitions, change orders, and subcontractor invoices for cost control.
• Change & claims management: assess cost impacts of scope changes and VOs with cross-functional teams.
• Cost systems & tools: utilize SAP/PRISM/Oracle or ERP platforms for tracking.
• Interface & coordination: collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning and Contracts; support cost reviews.
