Job summary

J10 Consulting seeks experienced LEEA Certified Lifting Supervisors to join a major Data Centre and Infrastructure project in Dubai, UAE. The role requires leadership of lifting teams, strict adherence to lift plans, and coordination with crane operators, riggers, and safety personnel.

Candidates must hold a valid LEEA Lifting Supervisor qualification and have 5+ years lifting experience, including 3+ years in supervision. Immediate start on a 6-month contract, outsourced through J10 Consulting.

Qualifications

• 3-year Mechanical Engineering Diploma or equivalent, or proven supervisory background.
• Minimum 5 years lifting and rigging experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Dubai/UAE project experience strongly preferred and LEEA-certified lifting supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifting operations per lift plan, risk assessment, and permit-to-work requirements.
• Coordinate crane operators, riggers, banksmen and HSE during lifts and critical operations.
• Inspect equipment, verify certification validity, and ensure safe exclusion zones.
• Maintain lifting files, brief team, and stop unsafe lifts immediately.
• Escalate complex or tandem lifts to the appointed lift planner for approval.
