Job summary

Worley is seeking a seasoned Rigging & Lifting Specialist to plan, review and supervise lifting activities on major projects in the UAE. You will ensure safe execution, validate equipment and personnel competency, and ensure adherence to ADNOC and international standards.

The role requires extensive experience with heavy lifts, offshore and PMC/EPC projects, and the ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines to maintain schedule and safety. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• 15+ years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
• ADNOC project experience is required.
• Offshore project experience is required.
• Experience with crane assembly/disassembly and heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Review lifting plans, rigging studies, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Provide input for critical, heavy, and engineered lifts.
• Verify crane selection, capacity, load charts, and rigging arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC, UAE regulations, and international standards.
