Zusammenfassung

Archirodon seeks an experienced Lifting Operations professional to supervise onshore/offshore lifting activities across major EPC projects. You will prepare lifts, review safety plans, and ensure strict adherence to HSE protocols in a demanding oil and gas environment.

With a minimum 10 years in lifting and crane operations, you will verify qualifications, maintain standards, and participate in client meetings to resolve rigging issues on site in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• LEEA Accredited Training for Lifting Operations / Lifting Appointed Person.
• Knowledge of crane inspection, maintenance programs and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and manage site lifting operations for onshore/offshore equipment.
• Prepare lifting plans and supervise critical lifts for oil & gas projects.
• Create and review method Statements, Risk Assessments and JSA plans.
• Ensure HSE policy compliance and contractor awareness.
• Verify competency of lifting team (Appointed Person, Supervisor, Operator, Rigger).
• Stay up-to-date with international standards for lifting equipment.
• Attend client and management meetings on rigging issues.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation.
• Manage contracts for third-party lifting equipment inspection.
