One&Only One Za’abeel in Dubai seeks an experienced Laundry Team Leader to oversee daily operations, ensure high standards, supervise a dedicated team, and maintain the impeccable guest experience the brand promises.

You will enforce operating standards, train staff on equipment, manage inventories, and coordinate with external suppliers, ensuring hygiene and safety across the laundry and related areas.

Qualifications

• Must hold Diploma in Hospitality.
• Fluent in Spoken & Written English.
• Must be skilled to perform the job of Team Leader, Laundry.
• Must have minimum 2 years as a Team Leader working in a five-star Hotel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry operations and supervise staff.
• Uphold operating standards and procedures (One&Only).
• Train colleagues on equipment use and standards.
• Ensure hygiene and safety in the Laundry.
• Coordinate with outside laundry supplier and manage inventories.
