Job summary

This is a working manager role: ~70–80% technical execution and standard-setting, 20–30% people leadership, with autonomy to build automation, documentation, and scalable standards across markets.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in IT operations or enterprise IT.
• Hands-on depth across endpoint, SaaS, and identity.
• Proven scripting and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own endpoint fleet strategy across macOS and Windows.
• Manage core SaaS stack: Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian.
• Administer SSO, MFA, and identity providers (Okta, Entra, Google).
• Automate repetitive tasks with scripting and AI to increase team capacity.
• Own incident response and on-call rotation for your domain.
• Define IT service standards, SLAs, and ITSM workflows across locations.
