Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, electrical, mechanical engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 15-20 years of design and construction experience on infrastructure projects, incl. UAE/GCC.
• Strong leadership of large, multidisciplinary teams; design delivery and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major infrastructure construction works, on time and within budget.
• Direct and control all business, technical, commercial, fiscal, and admin functions of the project.
• Establish and oversee health & safety, quality, env, and risk plans.
