Job summary

Hill International, Inc. is seeking experienced Design Managers for a large-scale mixed-use development project in the UAE.

You will oversee design across infrastructure & buildings, hospitality & interior design, and masterplan & landscape, ensuring coordinated delivery from concept to IFC stage. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Architecture or Engineering (Master’s preferred), 10+ years in design/engineering, and at least 5 years in design management, with PMC or consultancy experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in design and engineering roles.
• Minimum 5 years in a design management position.
• Experience working within PMC or consultancy environment.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination.
• Familiarity with local authority requirements and approval processes.
• Proficiency in design and coordination tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
• Manage the design process from concept through detailed design and IFC stages.
• Ensure timely submission of all design deliverables in accordance with approved schedules.
• Monitor design progress and report deviations.

Each Design Manager appointed will be responsible for a different part of the project including Infrastructure & Buildings, Hospitality & Interior Design and Masterplan & Landscape.
