Job summary

ARX Gruppe AG in the UAE seeks a senior ICT/ELV design engineer to lead the design and coordination of ICT, ELV and ITS systems for major infrastructure and transport projects in Dubai and beyond. You will drive concept to detailed design, ensure BIM coordination, and liaise with multidisciplinary teams while complying with UAE/GCC standards.

Fluent English required for client-facing discussions and reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 12–15 years of ICT/ELV, security, building technology, or ITS design experience.
Strong ability to develop ICT/ELV designs from concept to tender documentation.
Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related tools.
Excellent English communication and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate ICT, ELV, and ITS design for infrastructure projects.
Develop concept designs, schematic layouts, detailed designs, and tender documents.
Prepare designs for structured cabling, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, BMS/SCADA, AV, and related systems.
Coordinate ICT infrastructure planning, containment layouts, and equipment room requirements.
Support ITS design tasks including traffic CCTV and central management platforms.
Work with electrical, mechanical, architectural, civil, and BIM teams to ensure integration.
Review drawings, calculations, BOQs, and technical submissions for quality and standards compliance.
