Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC in the UAE seeks an experienced Hydrotest Foreman to lead field hydrotesting of piping systems, vessels, tanks and static equipment on major Oil & Gas EPC projects. You will ensure safe, compliant execution, supervise hydrotest crews, coordinate with QA/QC, HSE and commissioning teams, and maintain comprehensive test records to support on-time turnover.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 8–10 years of piping hydrotest experience are required, with

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in piping hydrotest activities in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or EPC projects.
• Hands-on experience with pressure testing equipment, pumps, manifolds, hoses, and calibrated gauges.
• Proven leadership managing site hydrotest crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydrotest crews through preparation, pressurization, testing, drainage and reinstatement.
• Ensure calibration of gauges and test equipment.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning teams.
