Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V. in the UAE seeks an experienced Hydrotest Foreman to supervise piping hydrotesting, review P&IDs and isometrics, and coordinate test equipment installation in EPC projects.

Candidates must have 5–8 years in piping construction and hydrotesting, ITI/ diploma in mechanical fields, and strong leadership and coordination skills. ADNOC/UAE experience is preferred and safety and QA/QC alignment is essential.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years in piping construction and hydrotesting on EPC/oil & gas projects.
• Ability to read P&IDs, isometrics, line lists and test diagrams.
• Knowledge of hydrotest procedures, equipment, and ASME/API codes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hydrostatic testing of piping systems per procedures and test packages.
• Review piping isometrics, P&IDs, test limits, line lists and hydrotest drawings.
• Coordinate installation of test blinds, spools, hoses, pumps and gauges.
• Ensure calibration certificates and compliance with permits and risk assessments.
• Monitor test pressure, holding time, test medium, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain records, pressure charts, and test completion documentation.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Construction, HSE and client representatives.
