Daify Vacation Homes in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations across multiple holiday homes, ensuring consistent cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards.

You will assign and monitor tasks, coordinate laundry, inspect properties after cleaning and address any issues, while collaborating with guest services to respond to feedback and maintain safe, high-quality turnover between stays.

Competenze

• Experience supervising housekeeping staff and training teams.
• Solid housekeeping experience with cleaning standards and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication with guests and internal teams.
• Experience in vacation rentals or hotel operations is a must.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties and staff.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, focusing on quality and efficiency.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools and property management or scheduling systems is an advantage.
