Responsibilities

• Maintain high housekeeping and laundry standards per brand guidelines.
• Monitor appearance standards and team performance with emphasis on training and teamwork.
• Provide excellent guest service.
• Coordinate room availability with floor housekeeping supervision.
• Manage housekeeping controls including keys, incident logs, and linen/uniform handling.
• Check guest information in CRM daily and meet preferences.
• Arrange flowers for special occasions and embroidery for linen.
• Maintain monthly Lost & Found and donations.
• Check uniforms and arrange cleaning/repair.
• Coordinate document flow and daily linen releases.
• Handle daily guest clothing releases for laundry.
• Close monthly Laundry expenses and provisions.
• Cover Laundry Attendant during holidays/absences.
