Job summary

Hilton is seeking an experienced project manager to lead design and construction for hotel developments and renovations in a multinational context. You will manage the AD&C process, liaise with owners, consultants and Hilton stakeholders, and ensure compliance with brand standards and codes.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional reviews, preparing monthly progress reports, site inspections, and overseeing handovers for hotel openings.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in architecture, engineering or construction management.
• Minimum 5 years in hospitality design, construction or project management.
• Experience coordinating with owners, developers and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction for new developments, conversions and renovations.
• Oversee projects per the AD&C project management process and Hilton PM responsibilities.
• Act as primary AD&C representative and main contact for stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress reports covering milestones, risks and mitigations.
• Review submissions and ensure compliance with Hilton Brand Standards and codes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary reviews across departments and functions.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee consultant supervision.
• Drive timely handovers and hotel openings readiness.
