Job summary

Hilton is seeking an experienced Hospitality Design and Construction Project Manager in Dubai to lead design and construction for new developments, conversions, and renovations. You will act as the main AD&C representative between owners, consultants, and Hilton stakeholders, and deliver monthly progress reports with risks and mitigations.

You will review submissions, conduct site inspections, oversee snagging, handover, and hotel opening readiness, and drive Property Improvement Plans for

Qualifications

• University degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality design, construction, or project management.
• Experience managing multiple hotel development projects concurrently.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and international Fire & Life Safety standards.
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
