Job summary

STRUCTURAL in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Foreman to lead construction crews on concrete repair projects in commercial and industrial settings. Based in our Dubai office, you will supervise field crews, estimate labor needs, and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 5+ years in general construction with 2+ years in a lead role, and the ability to supervise up to 10 technicians while prioritizing safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in general construction with at least 2 years in a Leadman or similar position.
• Proven ability to supervise up to 10 technicians with minimal subcontract oversight.
• Ability to read, interpret and execute to construction drawings and contract specifications.
• Established commitment to safety.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision of field crews while accurately estimating labor requirements
• Developing crew schedules and ensuring work has been completed according to plans and specifications
• Completing daily field reports, purchase orders, delivery tickets and speed memos for customers and internal management
• Ensuring crews are operating tools and equipment in a safe, proper and productive manner
• Assisting Project Managers in evaluating various production rates related to the project
