Job summary

Royal Joinery in Dubai is seeking a Fit-out/Joinery Site Engineer to lead and deliver high-profile joinery projects. You will organize and motivate a project team, work with production, site teams, contractors and clients, and ensure timely, quality delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years UAE experience in joinery, holds an engineering diploma, communicates fluently in English, and is familiar with raw materials.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of UAE experience in the same field.
• Engineering diploma holder.
• Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).
• Familiar with related raw materials.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager.
• Manage communications between all parties involved as appropriate.
• Day-to-day management of the site.
• Supervise and monitor labor and sub-contractors.
• Ensure site compliance with health, safety and security guidelines.
• Quality control of work performed on site.
• Prepare project schedules.
• Act as the main technical advisor on site to resolve issues.
• Monitor quantity, quality and control materials released from suppliers.
• Keep updated records of site surveys.
• Handle MEP, civil, joinery and interior fit-out projects for villas or high-rise buildings.
