Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Fire Fighting & Plumbing Team Leader to oversee fire protection and plumbing activities for a major railway infrastructure project in the UAE. You will review drawings, hydraulic calculations, submittals and method statements, and coordinate fire suppression, water networks, drainage, and related systems on site.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree and proven leadership with NFPA standards familiarity and UAE regulations, plus

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Strong experience in firefighting and plumbing on major infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with NFPA standards and UAE authority requirements.
Railway depot, metro, HSR, airport, or large industrial facility experience preferred.
Proven technical leadership and coordination experience.

Responsibilities

Lead fire protection and plumbing engineering activities.
Review technical drawings, hydraulic calculations, material submittals, and method statements.
Coordinate fire suppression, fire water networks, drainage, and plumbing systems.
Ensure compliance with applicable NFPA standards, UAE regulations, and project specifications.
Coordinate installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning activities.
Manage technical interfaces with civil, architectural, and other MEP disciplines.
