Job summary

Royal International Construction in Dubai seeks a Construction Finishing Foreman to lead finishing works across sites, including plastering, tiling, painting, carpentry and flooring. You will supervise trades, ensure adherence to drawings and quality standards, and report progress to site management.

We value strong leadership, safety discipline, and ability to coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain schedules and deliverables on time.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years' experience in construction.
• Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades (plastering, painting, tiling, joinery, flooring).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct finishing teams including masons, painters, carpenters, and other trades.
• Plan daily tasks and allocate resources for finishing activities.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Inspect works to maintain workmanship quality and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and record workforce attendance and material usage.
• Identify and resolve on-site finishing issues and provide technical guidance to workers.
