Job summary

Inhabit is seeking an Associate Façade Designer to join the engineering team. You will lead architectural façade projects, guide technical design, and drive regional growth while coordinating with multiple disciplines to deliver innovative façade solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in façade engineering, and a commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction across the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Engineering is preferable.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a facade role.
• Experience with curtain wall and cladding systems and specialty systems (e.g., structural glass, cables, ETFE).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of up to 5 direct reports.
• Develop regional business plan aligned to strategy and drive growth.
• Oversee client management, project delivery, and QA across facade projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to staff to maintain high standards.
