Job summary

Meraki Group in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Facade Project Engineer to lead the technical and execution aspects of façade projects, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and compliance with design specifications.

You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to deliver innovative façade solutions, review and coordinate shop drawings, monitor site progress, and manage budgets while mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of façade project engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of façade systems.
• Review and coordinate technical drawings and shop drawings related to façade works.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure project schedules and budgets are met, mitigating risks proactively.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
