Job summary

Aurora Prime Investment in Dubai is seeking an Estimator specializing in landscape and swimming pool projects. You will review drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs to support tender submissions.

The ideal candidate has a Civil or Mechanical background, fresh graduate to 1 year of experience, and strong Excel and AutoCAD skills to support project teams with accurate pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of landscape and swimming pool construction works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for landscape and swimming pool projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Perform quantity take-offs and material calculations.
• Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and cost breakdowns.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
• Assist in tender submissions and project pricing.
• Support project teams with cost-related information and clarifications.
