Job summary

Bradsol (BRAD Contech Solutions Pvt Ltd) seeks an experienced Agentic AI Architect to design and lead enterprise-grade AI, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation solutions. You will collaborate with clients, AI engineers, business analysts, and solution teams to build scalable, secure AI-agent architectures.

The role emphasizes architecture design, governance, and hands-on guidance for multi-disciplinary teams, with a focus on enterprise data, APIs, and cloud-native implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/AI/Engineering.
• Strong experience in enterprise AI and automation.
• Experience with AI governance and security is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design single-agent and multi-agent AI architectures for enterprise use cases.
• Define agent workflows, memory, reasoning, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Design LLM and RAG-based enterprise solutions using knowledge bases.
• Architect integrations with APIs, databases, enterprise apps, and RPA.
• Define AI security, guardrails, governance, and exception handling.
• Evaluate LLMs and AI frameworks for performance and cost.
• Lead POCs, architecture reviews, and client discussions.
• Guide engineers and solution teams on implementation best practices.
