Job summary

NorthBay Solutions is seeking a Technology Lead with deep Generative AI (GenAI) and AI/ML enterprise architecture expertise to architect and deliver AI-powered solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team, act as the technical authority on GenAI initiatives, and translate business needs into scalable production systems using LLMs, multi-agent setups, and robust MLOps.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Python, TensorFlow and PyTorch for production ML.
• Lead end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle in production.
• Experience deploying GenAI across hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities
