About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable products or services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads through calls, Whats App, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.
• Generate and convert leads into successful sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, lead status, and conversions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer-facing sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Hindi speaking is preferred.
• Confident and persuasive communication style.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales conversion.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
