Job summary

Desert group investment LLC in Dubai is seeking a Senior Maintenance Lead to act as the primary contact for maintenance and reinstallation works across landscape lighting, pumps, pools, MCC panels, bore wells, and water features on assigned projects.

You will lead site teams, plan resources, coordinate procurement, ensure compliance with contract specs and HSE standards, maintain schedules and reports, and support business development with client visits and estimations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 5-8 years in maintenance, pumps, pool plumbing, equipment refurbishment, and civil works.
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead point of contact for maintenance and reinstallation works across assets on assigned projects.
• Manage and schedule site teams, resource planning, and procurement of materials, machinery, and manpower to ensure timely and quality delivery of AMC obligations.
• Conduct regular site visits, quality audits, and ensure compliance with contract specs, local regulations, and HSE standards.
• Maintain project records, AMC schedules, and reports; ensure invoices are submitted on time and assist with collections.
• Support business development—conduct client visits, assess scope of works, assist with estimations, and contribute to growing the project portfolio.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance teams; enforce HSE policy, uniform standards, and site attendance across all operations.
