Job summary

CSCEC Middle East is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical technical team on a large-scale Dubai project. You will oversee design, installation, testing and commissioning of all electrical services, coordinating with clients and main contractors to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

You will review drawings, BIM models, and technical deliverables, and provide site and procurement support while maintaining high standards of quality and safety across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise the electrical technical team with clear task allocation.
• Ensure design deliverables meet applicable codes, standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate with client, consultant and main contractor during design and execution phases.
• Review BIM models for accuracy and integration with project design.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and supervise the electrical technical team to achieve targets and allocate work with strong technical management.
• Guide the preparation of design and detailed engineering work.
• Responsible for quality review to ensure high quality engineering deliverables per specifications and standards.
• Technical Review & Audit and supervision on behalf of head office to identify and solve issues with project management.
• Monitor and review BIM models; study Tender/IFC drawings and raise RFIs if needed.
• Electrical design, installation, testing and commissioning of all electrical services.
• Provide technical support for site, procurement and other departments.
• Ensure solutions comply with design/client requirements, standards and codes.
