PeopleStrong requires a highly skilled Electrical Lead to oversee the offshore electrical scope from engineering through commissioning and handover in high‑delivery oil & gas projects. You will coordinate across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and startup, ensuring milestones are met within budget and schedule.

The role emphasizes leadership in planning, deliverable review, and safety, with strong focus on meeting client specifications

Formación

• Bachelor of Technology Honors (BTech Hons) or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience leading electrical scopes on offshore oil & gas projects is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Electrical scope of execution for offshore oil & gas projects from engineering through commissioning and handover.
• Manage and coordinate electrical activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and startup phases.
• Monitor project progress and ensure electrical deliverables are completed within schedule and budget.
• Coordinate execution of: Power Generation Systems, HV/LV Distribution Systems, Switchgear Systems, MCCs, Transformers, UPS, Battery Chargers, Lighting, Earthing & Lightning Protection, Hazardous Area Electrical Systems, Emergency Power Systems.
• Lead electrical planning, progress monitoring, and milestone tracking.
• Review electrical deliverables from an execution and constructability perspective.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable standards.
• Identify project risks, interfaces, and bottlenecks affecting electrical scope execution.
• Manage electrical subcontractors, vendors, and installation contractors.
• Monitor procurement status of electrical equipment and materials.
• Coordinate FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, energization, and startup activities.
• Ensure readiness of electrical systems for handover and operational acceptance.
• Support project reviews, client meetings, and management reporting.
• Drive safe execution of electrical works while maintaining quality and schedule targets.
