Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced Drilling Engineering professional to set and manage lump sum turnkey campaign scopes, oversee unconventional drilling and testing activities (UBD, MLD, and multi-stage frac), and ensure cost control and rig scheduling align with project plans.

The role requires coordinating with Exploration and Drilling teams, endorsing drilling programs and AFEs, and shaping development plans through collaboration with petroleum, reservoir, and petrophysical engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering required with specialization in petroleum or mechanical engineering
• Minimum 8 years of related drilling/workover experience
• Experience with OPCOs, preferably in UAE

Responsibilities

• Report and update drilling and well operations activities to ensure conformity with plan.
• Lead and direct Drilling IPM teams to execute ADNOC Exploration Biogenic Gas wells.
• Endorse and approve drilling programs, well plans, and AFEs.
• Define Full Field Development Plans and exploration requirements with engineers and scientists.
• Advise Exploration Function on planning, prognosis and technical requirements.
