eMagine is hiring a Lead Digital Solutions Engineer in the United Arab Emirates to own integration strategy across pre-sales and programme delivery. You will work with sales, programme teams, product/tech, service, and third-party partners to design secure, scalable integrations within customer ecosystems.

You will lead technical discovery sessions, translate requirements into architectures, and provide detailed documentation to strengthen tender submissions.

Responsabilidades

• Be the technical integration lead for bids, tenders, and customer pursuits.
• Partner with sales to qualify requirements and identify integration opportunities early.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with customer stakeholders, consultants, and third parties.
• Translate requirements into high-level integration architectures, solution concepts, and implementation approaches.
• Define integration strategies using standard products/capabilities and reusable patterns.
• Identify and document assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, risks, and mitigation options.
• Collaborate with architecture, product/tech, programme, and service teams to ensure feasible solutions.
• Assess third-party interfaces for compatibility and integration approach.
• Produce high-level network/concepts diagrams, scope statements, and outline implementation plans.
• Provide technical documentation to strengthen tender submissions.
• Support programme teams to finalise scope, integration documentation, and deployment prerequisites.
• Create and peer review architecture drawings, network diagrams, and integration maps.
• Join customer technical discussions to align on solution design and delivery approach.
• Coordinate with engineering/service teams to resolve integration issues and enhancements.
• Support design reviews, planning, and technical governance.

We're hiring a Lead Digital Solutions Engineer to own integration strategy across pre-sales and programme delivery. You'll work closely with sales, programme teams, product/technology, service, and third-party partners to design and implement secure, scalable integrations within customer ecosystems.

This role is helping the company move the top line so you will be sitting with the pre-sales / pursuits (bids, tenders, opportunities) part of this 40,000 employee company:

• Be the technical integration lead for bids, tenders, and customer pursuits
• Partner with sales to qualify requirements and identify integration opportunities early
• Lead technical discovery sessions with customer stakeholders, consultants, and third parties
• Translate requirements into high-level integration architectures, solution concepts, and implementation approaches
• Define integration strategies using standard products/capabilities and reusable patterns
• Identify and document assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, risks, and mitigation options
• Collaborate with architecture, product/tech, programme, and service teams to ensure solutions are feasible, supportable, and aligned with roadmap
• Assess third-party software/hardware interfaces for compatibility and integration approach
• Produce high-level network / concept diagrams, scope statements, and outline implementation plans
• Provide technical documentation and content to strengthen tender submissions

As the programme will be managed your role with encompass delivery support:

• Support programme teams to finalise scope, integration documentation, and deployment prerequisites
• Create and peer review architecture drawings, network diagrams, and integration maps to clearly communicate integration points
• Join customer technical discussions to align on solution design and delivery approach
• Coordinate with engineering/service teams to resolve integration-related issues and enhancements
• Support design reviews, planning, and technical governance to keep delivery aligned

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
• Strong experience in solution design and systems integration in enterprise / operational IT environments
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals and protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP)
• Comfortable working with sales teams and customers across the full lifecycle (pre-sales + delivery)
• Strong communication skills able to explain complex integration topics clearly to mixed audiences
• Experience working across cross-functional teams; project management exposure is a plus
