Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in system integration, solution architecture, or integration engineering.
• 3+ years in Integration Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP/Web Services, API integration, middleware, and system-to-system integration.
• Experience with ESB/iPaaS, API gateways, and orchestration concepts.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops with stakeholders, architecture teams, Cyber Security, and vendors.
• Analyze and document existing processes, interfaces, dependencies, and integration requirements.
• Define the target integration architecture across enterprise applications and telecom platforms.
• Identify and design APIs, interfaces, connectors, and system dependencies.
• Define integration patterns for API-based, synchronous, asynchronous, and event-driven integrations.
• Design end-to-end data flows, mapping, transformation, validation, and orchestration.
• Define integration security requirements including authentication, authorization, logging, and monitoring.
• Develop architecture diagrams, interface specs, data flows, and technical design docs.
• Coordinate requirements and dependencies across IT, security, and external providers.
• Establish reusable integration, API, and automation patterns.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Architect to lead the integration architecture and technical coordination for a large-scale Telecom Services Automation & AI Enablement initiative.

The role will be responsible for designing scalable and secure integration solutions that connect enterprise applications, telecom platforms, service-provider systems, approval workflows, and automation platforms to enable seamless end-to-end service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge of API architecture, enterprise integration, middleware, orchestration, system interfaces, security, and automation, with the ability to translate complex business processes into robust technical integration designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops with business stakeholders, application owners, architecture teams, Cyber Security teams, and external service providers.
• Analyze and document existing business processes, system interactions, interfaces, dependencies, and integration requirements.
• Define the target integration architecture across enterprise applications, telecom platforms, automation solutions, and external service-provider systems.
• Identify and design required APIs, interfaces, connectors, integration points, and system dependencies.
• Define appropriate integration patterns for API-based, synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven, and system-to-system integrations.
• Design end-to-end data flows, data mapping, transformation, validation, and orchestration requirements.
• Define integration security requirements including authentication, authorization, API security, logging, error handling, monitoring, and retry mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain solution architecture diagrams, integration architecture, interface specifications, data flows, and technical design documentation.
• Coordinate technical requirements and integration dependencies across internal IT teams, Cyber Security, vendors, and external service providers.
• Establish reusable integration, API, and automation patterns that can be applied across multiple telecom services.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Integration & Automation Engineers throughout design and implementation.
• Review integration designs and implementation to ensure alignment with architecture standards and best practices.
• Support integration testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, scalability, and production readiness.
• Identify technical risks, integration constraints, and dependencies and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support the adoption of automation and AI-enabled workflows across service delivery processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in system integration, solution architecture, enterprise applications, or integration engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Integration Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Lead role.
• Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise integration architectures.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP/Web Services, API integration, middleware, and system-to-system integration.
• Good understanding of integration platforms, API gateways, ESB/iPaaS, messaging, and orchestration concepts.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, logging, monitoring, exception handling, and retry mechanisms.
• Experience integrating multiple enterprise applications, platforms, vendors, and third-party systems.
• Strong ability to translate business processes and functional requirements into technical architecture and integration designs.
• Experience producing architecture diagrams, interface specifications, data-flow diagrams, and technical design documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across business, architecture, engineering, security, and vendor teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience within the Telecom / ICT / Service Provider environment.
• Understanding of telecom service delivery, provisioning, activation, fulfillment, or service orchestration processes.
• Experience with workflow automation and orchestration platforms.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI-enabled automation or intelligent workflow solutions.
• Experience working on large-scale digital transformation, service automation, or enterprise integration programs.
