Black Pearl Consult is seeking an experienced Design Engineering Team Leader in Dubai to drive the design of advanced mechanical systems. You will lead a capable design team, oversee projects from concept through delivery, and ensure compliance with technical requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong 3D CAD/CAE skills, hands-on leadership experience, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Design Engineering.
• Proven 3D CAD/CAE design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Creo or Fusion 360.
• Experience leading engineering projects and teams.
• Strong communication and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor engineering design projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop 3D models, drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
• Translate customer requirements into practical engineering solutions.
• Review and manage CAD models, drawings, and design parameters.
• Analyse design issues, implement solutions, and support testing.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations.
• Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers on design needs.
