Job summary

Responsibilities include feasibility studies, manufacturability alignment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and cost targets. A strong background in automotive design and materials selection is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive product engineering.
• Hands-on experience with OEM standards and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle design and development of automotive components, ensuring they meet functional, aesthetic, and performance standards.
• Generate design concepts, detailed drawings, and engineering documentation using advanced CAD tools.
• Enhance and redesign existing products to improve durability, functionality, cost-efficiency, and visual appeal.
• Conduct feasibility studies, design reviews, risk assessments, and cost evaluations.
• Ensure designs align with manufacturability, production timelines, and cost targets.
• Work with internal teams to select materials and ensure compatibility with manufacturing processes.
