EPAM Systems in the UAE is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive data science and AI initiatives that deliver measurable business value. You will design and scale advanced analytics solutions and turn business challenges into actionable insights.

You will architect AI capabilities across functions, collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end analytical solutions, and ensure data quality and governance throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure.
• Solid knowledge of Data Management principles and best practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience designing and implementing AI Architecture solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and changing environment.
