Job summary

Cygnify seeks a Lead Data Intelligence Project Manager to ensure resources for data-driven product development across our global teams. You will orchestrate data operations, from initial storage setup to delivering high-quality training sets.

Qualifications

8+ years in Project/Program Management, with AI/ML Data Operations or Data Management exposure.
Experience in managing 3rd party vendors or providers, including contract negotiation and SLA tracking.
Proficiency with labeling platforms (Labelbox, CVAT, Label Studio) and PM tools (Jira, Asana, Airtable).
Understanding of data storage architectures (S3, SQL, Snowflake) and data privacy basics.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between external project teams and internal technical departments (Data Curation and MLOps).
Own the data logistics for the full project lifecycle—from storage setup to delivery of training sets.
Lead labeling workforce management, balancing in-house contractors with 3rd party providers.
