Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Lead Data Intelligence Project Manager to ensure resourcing for data-driven product development across Dyson’s global teams. You will orchestrate data operations from storage setup to final delivery of training sets and manage a labeling workforce with internal contractors and external providers.

You’ll coordinate with data curation, MLOps, engineering, and product teams, driving clear workflows and transparent documentation while ensuring security and compliance across cloud,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in PM or program management, with AI/ML data ops experience.
• At least 2 years in AI/ML data operations or data management.
• Experience managing 3rd party vendors and service providers.
• Knowledge of labeling platforms and PM tools.
• Understanding of data storage architectures and privacy regulations.
• Ability to translate technical constraints to business stakeholders.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT; PMP/Prince2 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between external project teams and internal Data Curation and MLOps.
• Own data logistics for the project lifecycle—from storage setup to delivery of high-quality training sets.
• Lead the labeling workforce, balancing in-house contractors and 3rd party providers to avoid bottlenecks.
• Oversee data storage setup and maintenance for security, accessibility, and compliance.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and workflows for transparency and repeatability.
• Support cross-functional communication between data teams, contractors, and engineering partners.
