Job summary

Dyson in Dubai seeks a Senior Data Intelligence Manager to establish and lead the on-site Data Intelligence team, driving end-to-end ML data lifecycles from curation to deployment. You will oversee governance, ethics, and a multidisciplinary team including ML engineers, data scientists, and contractors, delivering high-quality data for AI products.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading data/ML teams.
• Experience scaling ML orgs to enterprise level.
• Ability architect high-level data flows across stages of ML lifecycle.
• Strong data privacy and security focus (GDPR/CCPA).
• Experience managing in-house contractors and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Define the ML data strategy roadmap and governance.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of ML/DS engineers and PMs.
• Oversee end-to-end data operations for ML/Computer Vision/AI projects.
• Partner with product engineering robotics and external collaborators.
• Manage data supply chain and contractor resources to align with Dyson objectives.
• Drive a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
