Job summary

Dyson in Dubai is seeking a Lead Data Intelligence Project Manager to orchestrate data operations across global teams. You will secure resources, manage data logistics, and ensure high-quality training data for product development.

You will coordinate with data scientists, engineers, and external partners, overseeing labeling, storage, and governance while maintaining clear, repeatable processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in Project or Program Management with AI/ML Data Operations experience.
• Experience managing 3rd party vendors and external service providers.
• Strong understanding of ML data lifecycle: collection to deployment.
• Excellent ability to translate technical constraints to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between external project teams and internal Data Curation/ML Ops teams.
• Own data logistics for the project lifecycle from storage setup to delivery of training data.
• Strategic lead for labeling workforce, balancing in-house and 3rd party providers.
• Oversee data storage setup, security, accessibility, and compliance.
• Maintain documentation and workflows for transparency and repeatability.
