ViralClip is seeking a Creative Director to drive high-velocity ad creative for AI software clients. You will own creative strategy, from briefs to finished ads, and collaborate with an Account Manager across a portfolio of software and AI accounts.

You’ll craft hooks that stop the scroll in the first 1–3 seconds and guide producers, editors, and UGC creators to delivery. Join a fast-scaling, AI-focused agency focused on performance marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience writing direct response ads (UGC, paid social) for software or AI.
• Ability to craft hooks that stop the scroll in 1–3 seconds and convert.
• Production experience: filmed content or managed UGC creators and can edit or guide editors.
• Understanding the full production pipeline from briefing to post-production.
• Experience in performance marketing or creative agencies with a marketer mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze briefs to extract strong angles and hooks for direct response ads.
• Write scripts and concepts that grab attention in the first 1–3 seconds and convert.
• Coordinate UGC creators or manage filming; edit or guide editors through post-production.
• Collaborate with Account Manager across ~10 software/AI client accounts to produce ads.
• Review performance data with AM and refine messaging based on conversions.
• Research competitors and new creative angles in software and AI space.
