Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks a talented visual designer/art director to develop AI-assisted visual concepts for campaigns, pitches and social media. You will combine traditional design with AI tools to produce high-quality imagery while ensuring the brand identity is maintained.

The role requires 2–5 years in art direction or visual design, a strong portfolio of AI-assisted work, and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator within the UAE market.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in art direction, visual design, digital creative or advertising.
• Portfolio demonstrating AI-assisted visual work and strong visual craft.
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, colour, lighting and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.

Job description

Develop visually compelling, campaign-ready creative concepts and executions using a combination of traditional design expertise and AI-powered creative tools. The role will support the creative team in developing new visual directions, rapid concept exploration, image generation, visual storytelling and production efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-assisted visual concepts for campaigns, pitches, social media, digital and other creative requirements.
• Use generative AI tools to create high-quality visual concepts, compositions, characters, environments and campaign imagery.
• Translate creative briefs into strong visual directions while maintaining the brand's visual identity.
• Work closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Creative Directors and Account teams to develop and refine ideas.
• Create multiple visual routes and moodboards quickly during the concept and pitch development stage.
• Combine AI-generated assets with Photoshop, Illustrator and other design/retouching tools to create polished final outputs.
• Develop prompts and AI workflows to improve the speed, quality and consistency of creative production.
• Explore emerging AI tools and identify practical applications for the creative team.
• Ensure AI-generated work meets brand, cultural, quality and technical requirements before final delivery.
• Support the team in developing AI-first creative concepts, while ensuring the idea remains creatively strong rather than simply technology-led.
• Maintain awareness of evolving AI capabilities, visual trends and new creative production techniques.

Ideal Candidate

• 2–5 years of experience in art direction, visual design, graphic design, digital creative or advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for image/video creation.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft and AI-assisted creative work.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, colour, lighting, visual storytelling and art direction.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Curious and experimental mindset with the ability to continuously test and adopt new AI tools.
