Job summary

Workana seeks a visually-driven designer in Dubai to create high-conversion visuals for ads, emails, and landing pages. You will replicate winning creatives, generate multiple AI-based variants for testing, and design email layouts for Klaviyo and landing pages with Replo.

Ideal candidates have strong visual sensibility, experience with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Flow), and a deep understanding of direct response marketing to drive conversions.

• Strong visual criteria and design sensitivity.
• Proven experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, and Flow.
• Understanding of Direct Response Marketing and performance advertising.
• Ability to design for conversion rather than just aesthetics.
• Experience with Klaviyo and Replo or similar page builders.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
