Job summary

Al Fardan Exchange in Dubai seeks a Lead - Digital Products to drive the Cards, Wallet & Lending portfolio. You will coordinate with IT, Finance, Operations and partners to ensure BAU execution, performance reporting and ongoing product initiatives.

The role requires 5–8 years in Banking/Fintech, strong governance, and the ability to deliver cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology or related field.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Banking and Fintech.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Cards, Wallet & Lending activities, ensuring timely execution and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with IT, MIS, Finance, Operations, Contact Centre and partners on priorities and SLAs.
• Coordinate product reporting, track key performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Support product launches, enhancements, UAT, and campaigns.
• Drive governance, documentation and timely payments with Finance.

Reporting : Associate Director -Cards, Wallet and Lending Products

JobOverview

The role will work closely with the Associate Director ofCards, Wallet & Lending Product to drive the effective execution andcontinuous growth of the Cards, Wallet and Lending portfolio. The position willprovide end-to-end support across product BAU, business performance,stakeholder coordination, partner management, product initiatives andoperational execution.

The role will also identify opportunities for productimprovement, revenue growth, customer experience and operational efficiency,while ensuring strong governance, timely execution and effective stakeholdermanagement.

KeyResponsibilities

• Product BAU Support – Cards, Wallet &Lending: Manage day-to-day Cards, Wallet and Lending activities,ensuring timely execution, issue resolution and follow-up.
• Internal Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with IT, MIS, Finance, Operations, ContactCentre and other functions to drive product priorities and resolvedependencies. Coordinate with Visa, AEP, YSP, Core Card, Mercury andother partners on BAU, issues, enhancements, SLAs and deliverables. Track all product-related invoices, validate commercials,prepare IPNs and coordinate with Finance for timely payments.
• MIS & Performance Reporting Coordinate product reporting, track key performancemetrics and provide insights and updates to the stakeholders.
• Product & Project Support Support product launches, enhancements, UAT, technologychanges, campaigns and other strategic initiatives.
• Customer & Service Management Coordinate resolution of customer impacting issues withOperations, Contact Centre, IT and partners and drive root-cause closure.
• Governance & Documentation Maintain product documentation, trackers, MOMs, actionlogs, SLAs and governance requirements.
• Business Growth & Optimization Identifyopportunities for product enhancement, process improvement, revenue growth,cost optimization and better customer experience
• Management & Ad-hoc Support Provide analysis, presentations, business updates and anyother support required by the Product Head/Reporting Manager

Qualification& Experience

• Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; MBA orequivalent is a plus.
• Minimum 6years of experience in Banking and Fintech.
• Prior experiencein a Product, Product Operations, Business Operations, PMO or ProductSupport role preferred.
• Ability toeffectively coordinate and build relationships across internal teams,partners and vendors.
• Product/IndustryKnowledge - Strong understanding of Cards,Wallet, Lending and payments ecosystem.
• Execution &Ownership – Strong follow-through, attention todetail and ability to drive activities to closure.
• Analytical &Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to analyze data,identify issues and develop practical solutions.
• Proactiveness& Agility – Ability to anticipate issues, takeinitiative and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Skills
