Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East in Dubai seeks an experienced Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon to provide advanced cardiac and thoracic surgery, lead complex cases, and contribute to a high-performing cardiovascular service.

The role requires extensive post-specialty experience, DHA licensing eligibility, and a track record in multidisciplinary teams, teaching, and clinical governance, with a commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent with postgraduate CT surgery qualification.
• DHA eligibility/license or license eligibility.
• Extensive post-specialty CT surgery experience.
• Experience in high-volume tertiary centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist consultation, diagnosis and comprehensive management of CT surgical patients.
• Perform adult cardiac, thoracic and CT procedures per privileges.
• Work with cardiology, ICU, anesthesia, radiology in a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in Heart Team meetings and complex case discussions.
• Maintain surgical logs and discharge documentation.
