Job summary

Nameless Ventures seeks a Dubai-based Lead BI Analyst to drive product analytics, experimentation, and BI infrastructure across gaming products. You will report to the Head of BI and mentor a team of BI Analysts.

Role requires expert SQL, strong BI tooling, and hands-on leadership. Relocation to Dubai is available; remote-first with one day in the office weekly. Prior iGaming/FinTech experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Expert-level SQL and BI tooling experience.
• 7+ years of BI/Analytics experience.
• 2+ years of technical leadership including mentoring analysts.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and data modelling; dbt familiarity.
• Product analytics focus: funnels, cohort analysis, retention, A/B testing.
• Hands-on AI/ML experience including LLMs, GenAI, AI agents, predictive modelling.

Responsibilities

• Own product and business analytics across funnels, activation, retention, conversion, and user behaviour.
• Lead and mentor BI Analysts to ensure high-quality analytical outputs and standards.
• Build and maintain data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure.
• Partner with Product, Growth, and Data Engineering to influence roadmap and decisions.
• Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
• Leverage AI/ML to improve analytics capabilities and automate workflows.
• Drive KPI framework consistency and data quality across BI.
