Job summary

Involved Solutions LTD. in Dubai is seeking a senior BI Lead to own the BI function end to end, shaping strategy, architecture and delivery. You will design scalable data models, dashboards and reporting solutions that serve across the organisation and provide trusted insights to leadership.

Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and engineers, collaborate with data engineering to ensure data reliability, and drive self-serve analytics to empower decision-makers with accurate information.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in business intelligence with a track record of leading BI delivery within complex organisations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI or Tableau, including building production-grade solutions at scale.
• Solid understanding of data modelling principles including dimensional modelling and experience with dbt or equivalent transformation tooling.
• Proven experience leading and developing BI teams, with the ability to set standards and raise the quality bar.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to connect BI work directly to business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the credibility to operate at a senior level
